The idea of mentorship feels like a good response to many needs for collegial learning. I would be interested to hear what these mentorships look like -- not only logistically, but in terms of their agenda. Is it primarily a "buddy system," or are there some expectations/guidelines that contribute to the relationship? -- Brian
