Keynote Address

Welcome to the Keynote Address area of the conference.

Introduction:
In a traditional conference you would all be in the same room listening to a keynote speaker. In this virtual setting, some of you will be reading this at work and some of you will chose to read it at two in the morning. Even though we are not in the same room, at the same time, the Keynote serves to give all participants a common orientation to the conference and point of departure. So please, take the time to read the thoughtful address prepared for this occasion by Professor Larry Cuban of Stanford University. Dr. Cuban's research interests include the history of curriculum, instruction and uses of technology, educational leadership, school reform and school effectiveness. We are privileged to have him join us.
