You stated in your goals that you wished to strengthen the disciplinary, pedagogical and philosophical base of the Anchorage teachers. Could you say a little bit about what you meant by philosophical base and, what implementation and/or design strategies did you have, if any, that were directed specifically at strengthening the philosophical base of the teachers?Thanks!
