I enjoyed reading this. I woudl be interested in hearing more about what difference it made (if any) that the HASP system pre-dated the LSC (as I understand what's written). My other question is, given the long-term view you've taken of the work, have you developed with the participating districts some milestones for (say) the next 3 years, either in terms of levels of teacher participation, or effects in the classroom?
