Message:
I read Chris Dede's inquiry and wondered to what extent the SAT and Mcas ( I may be remembering this incorrectly) reflect the intent and processes of your IMP program? The message I'm getting as a non mathematician in many projects from across the U.S. is that innovators like yourself promote inquiry models that focus on children's thnking and higher learning and tests undermine these processes. Am I 'out to lunch'?
Has the superintendent included funding in line items to continue the processes you have begun?
