Jeanne's question and Bob's response reminds me anew about the critical factor of a district's (and school's) past experience with innovations. The singularity of what a district and school has experienced with a previous project lays the groundwork (in the memories of veteran teachers and administrators) for dealing with a current project be it NSF or new computers in classrooms.
