Chris raised an earlier question on how certain Bob is about the project achieving its goals, what measures were used, etc. I am curious about goals "c" and "d" which speak to actual teaching practices and classroom activities. Has the project staff systematically observed classroom teaching in project classrooms? If so, have those materials and practices used in professional development been regularly used in project classrooms in the ways intended by the project?
