Thanks, Linda, for your thoughtful response. I agree that leadership development is a continuing process and you are right, also, that fresh faces are important. We need to continue to nurture new leadership and we have seen evidence of those who assumed leadership roles at their site for this project are now taking other forms of leadership in the district.I think one of the challenging aspects of revolving leadership of the "site facilitators" in PRIME is the aspect of providing enough time for leaders to develop their confidence about and knowledge in the content of mathematics.
