Right now I would say the vision for the program does reside with the lead teacher is the majority of districts. In a several there are also curriculum directors that have the hands-on vision as well. So if lead teachers move on, thee could be a problem. This year 3 of the 16 districts did drop the lead teacher position and are having administrators pick it up-not our vision!!We are supporting the concept of a sciene materials center in hopes that sustainability will occur no matter wht happens to an individual teacher.
