I was even more impressed that you had invested such an effort into understanding the status of the science programs in your districts. I know you said that a "continuous improvement team" of 7 teacher leaders spent a year on this work. Because such a thorough evaluation seems so rare, could you say more about the components of your evaluation? how many teachers were observed and/or interviewed? what instruments did your team use? how was the data processed and/or analyzed?
