What types of educational outcomes did the students achieve, and what measures did you use to assess these? Understanding where you are succeeding and falling short depends in part on having rich diagnostic data. This need not be limited to test scores -- the article I wrote in the "Resources" section of the conference lists five alternative measures of "success." To some extent, buy-in is contingent on demonstrated results, including outcomes that show how increasing teachers' knowledge of content and pedagogy leads to better gains in learning and motivation.
