I think it was Lord Acton (or was it Oliver Cromwell) who said if 'we don't hang together we may hang separately'. I think if there was ever a time that teachers at all levels have to get their act together it is now, because powerful, well financed forces are quite prepared to dictate the future on their narrow ideological terms. If I were 'king of the world'I would make it illegal for university people to dump on their high school equivelents and secondary teachers show more appreciation for elementary teaching. Thanks for your 'ramble' I enjoyed it and agree.
