Howard writes that the Chancellor has changed, one district has its third superintendent in six year, that there has been a 40% turnover in teachers and 20% turnover in administrators. This level of turnover creates the problem/need to continually get new administrators and teachers to buy into the vision of the LSC and the PD program. I would like to hear from Howard and also from visitors to this poster on strategies that people have developed to integrate new staff into the LSC. Thanks. --Joni
