This poster raises an interesting question of the challenge of dealing with high turnover rates. Howard writes that the Chancellor has changed, one district has its third superintendent in six year, that there has been a 40% turnover in teachers and 20% turnover in administrators. This level of turnover creates the problem/need to continually get new administrators and teachers to buy into the vision of the LSC and the PD program. I would like to hear from Howard and also from visitors to this poster on strategies that people have developed to integrate new staff into the LSC.
Thanks. --Joni
