Our project started with six teacher leaders with the vision. Six years later, three are curriculum directors in their districts (person in charge of instructional leadership in the district). One is a building principal. In the second level of teacher leaders several are moving into administration. We lose them as a teacher but they have tremendous impact on sustainability when they run the district's instructional program! Jane Hazen Dessecker Canton Ohio PS.
