You mention that good administration will help carry the project beyond the life of the grant. How does the system hire administrators? Are any curriculum people involved in that process? Does your central office appreciate the need for that? I am not confident that our present cadre of administrators could help our effort, and we did do a lot of work with them. We are making the curriculum issue a central part of the administrator recruitment effort here.
