Hi Tom,
I enjoyed your poster. Curriculum people are represented but the idea of the importance of curriculum does not seem to be a priority when hiring. Your plan sounds important. What is promising here is that with the growth, many TOSAs and teacher leaders are becoming principals. Other administrators listen to them - respecting their background and expertise. They are influencing decisions. Lenses on Learning, a professional development curriculum for matheamtics from EDC was very helpful - We still need more ways to involve administrators. The state superintendent in Washingon sounds proactive. How do we generate that level of support? Linda
