Hello -

You wrote several times about the importance of a comprehensive professional development plan. I know that in other communities, elementary teachers are overloaded with professional development focused on one reform or another until having comprehensive professional development on every subject they teach seems to be impractical. I wonder how we can balance this very important need with the reality of teachers' time and willingness to commit?
