Chris thanks for the comments. I have quoted some of your thoughts in several grants I have written.Your reference on resources sounds exactly what I need. It may also give me some ideas to answer Cuban's question of "why" sustain a project.I'll look for the resource. Thanks for the time Jane Dessecker
