Thanks Eileen, Your challenges are not unique. I work in Ontario and spend a lot of time in the U.K. and the problem of teacher supplies is widespread. I've been working at the K-12 integration for 35 years and just when things get going the government changes or the superintendent finds a new quick fix. For me this discussion is to quote Yoi berra 'Deja vu all over again". The Tom Apostle remark went over my head - perhaps you could explain it to me.
